Once you complete the NCDA Facilitating Career Development Course, you are eligible to apply for the credentials.Your Certificate of Completion needed to apply for either of the credentials CCSP, GCDF or CCC.

The Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP) credential offered by the National Career Development Association, is competency based and requires you to complete some case studies. So instead of spending time documenting your hours, you do four case studies – which you are totally prepared for after the training. I have not had any students fail the case studies. The GCDF is a time-based credential. From what I understand you have to have an HR department or supervisor to sign off on the contact hours. To apply for the Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) credential, click here to find the application and select the link to the US.
